Now in five minutes anyone on your team can create and publish a custom survey aimed at precisely the right group of people – decreasing blind blanketing, improving the customer experience and increasing the likelihood of a survey being answered.
Simply think of the right question or questions. For example, if a group of customers has not finished a level in your game, you can ask only those customers why. Or if people using your app in a specific city are spending less, you can ask just those people why.
Then decide who you want to ask. You can segment your customers by any of the actions or properties that you collect in Mixpanel. Mixpanel’s precise targeting lets you ask the right question to exactly the right group of people.
Now you can start analyzing the results. You’ll get to see the survey results as soon as your customers answer your questions. For open ended questions, we’ll help you analyze responses in aggregate or let you dive deep into each individual response. Either way, you’ll have data to prove your point and make your app better.
